Tian'anmen Square

Ni Hao Room 25.
Today Mrs Singh walked and walked. She visited Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden City in Beijing. Can you tell me the importance of Tian'anmen Square? Whose photo is on the red building?

Behind the Tian'anmen Square lies the Forbidden City. Here are some photos of the majestic building. How big is the Forbidden City? Why is it called the Forbidden City?

Behind me is the Emperor's throne.

The Emperor's Throne

Read up in the Forbidden City and find out who was the first emperor to unify China.
